Discover authentic Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with chef Lamia Mrabet.

The menu for this workshop consists of three courses:

  1. A healthy and delicious Moroccan fall salad. 
  2. An aromatic tagine with chicken and seasonal vegetables, with a vegan option available at registration. 
  3. A unique and delicious orange and pomegranate dessert. 

After the cooking is done, participants have time to sit and enjoy the meal.
