Weston AIC: Moroccan Cooking Class

In three courses, students will discover authentic Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with chef Lamia Mrabet. For the first course, class participants learn how to prepare a healthy and refreshing cucumber salad with capers, artichoke and herbs. For the second course, participants dive into an aromatic chicken tagine with preserved lemon and olives. For dessert, participants prepare a unique and delicious date-walnut shake. After the cooking is done, participants sit and enjoy the meal.
