Weston AIC: Moroccan Cooking Class

In three courses, students will discover authentic Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with chef Lamia Mrabet. For the first course, class participants prepare a healthy and delicious citrus walnut salad. For the second course, participants the main course featuring mouth-watering eggplant and ground meat tagine (with a vegan option available at registration). For the finale, participants wrap up the meal by mastering the art of making the world-famous aromatic Moroccan tea.  After the cooking is done participants have time to sit and enjoy the meal.
