Weston AIC: French Cooking Class

French cooking is much loved, and yet so feared, especially for beginners in the kitchen. Yes, French cuisine can be complicated, made up of many-layered techniques, but we will make it easy to understand:

  • Learn how to make: a refreshing delicious fennel-and-citrus salad; a creamy, exquisite meatball in dijon caper sauce; a strawberry speculos parfait for dessert.
  • Please Note -- this menu Contains eggs, dairy and nuts.
  • After cooking, participants have time to sit and enjoy the meal. 
  • Registration closes May 4.
