The concept of the chakras, energy centers, dates back over 3,000 years ago, when ancient yogi’s recognized they could be used as a map to health and healing. When your chakras are balanced they bring a sense of vibrant aliveness, and well-being.

Join Malú Doherty for this two-and-a-half-hour workshop that weaves together this ancient system with creative expression. In this class, you’ll be introduced to the 7 energy centers and their unique characteristics. A brief chakra meditation will help you attune to find balance. One or more of these chakras will inspire you create a collage holds meaning for you. Making a chakra collage invites you to use the creative process as a tool to find balance, harmony and peace of mind. 

No special skills or expertise is needed.
