Weston AIC: 3D Printing Certification - 3D Print a Plant Pot

In this special certification class, participants learn all the basics of 3D printing. After a crash course, each participants has the opportunity to print a pot of their choosing. Participants will need to return at a later date to pick up their completed print, at which point they can collect their pot and a miniature succulent!

3D printers can create prototypes, replacement parts, toys, jewelry, and much more in a matter of minutes with minimal training to get started. Want to learn how? Sign up to this class to learn the basics of 3D printing.

After going over the fundamental concepts of 3D printing, each student will learn how to find and prepare digital files for our Prusa 3D or Ender 3 printers. Beginners welcome! No 3D modeling experience required.

Upon completion of this class, students will be permitted to use the AIC Prusa printers during open maker hours on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
