Three time Oscar-winning writer, director, producer Bong Joon Ho (Parasite) said, "Once you overcome the one inch tall barriers of subtitles, you will be introduced to so many more amazing films." With a whole world's worth of undiscovered cinematic treasures waiting for us, it is impossible for any lover of the art of film to dismiss international films as unapproachable. This program will bring the works of French and Italian filmmakers to you through film clips, interactive trivia, and fascinating tidbits of information about how these artists and films they create are not only accessible but also relatable.
